Design

The backs of the seat aren't flat against the frame when it's collapsed. It has a decent capacity for weight and is easier to load into the trunk than its competitors but the bulk could cause problems with public transportation since it's not to be able to conform to any 2'X4' regulations that apply there.
The Combi Twin Cosmo scored well in our tests of maneuverability despite its size and weight. It took just 25 pounds to tip the Combi Twin Cosmo in the opposite direction, which is better than the majority of competition. However, it still falls short of the top performer on this metric which is the Chariot Cougar 2

Comfort

The additional pockets on the canopy are a nice touch but they are not enough to compensate for this poor under seat storage space.
The stroller's unique fold and carry strap makes it an excellent option for transporting it to and from public transportation. However, the bulky stroller may make it difficult to fit into crowded trains and buses without hitting innocent bystanders. This stroller might be best suited for commuters who can easily transport it in their vehicles. It's light enough to carry up stairs and down escalators. However, it will need to be collapsed to take on a train or bus.

These are all crucial aspects to consider when choosing a stroller, but it's also crucial that a child can be secure in the car seat. You should choose a stroller that can fold and unfold easily, parked, and secured by a car seat.
Always remember to secure the child's safety harness and close the opening between the back of the seat and the grab bar once the stroller is in the reclining position. This will stop your toddler from climbing out of the seat and posing a strangulation or fall hazard.
